Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade in Melbourne, Australia.

What is the cost of shipping?
Delivery is a flat rate of $15. Orders over $90 are free. Postage is only available in Australia. All orders are sent with Australia Post Standard parcel service. If you require something sooner, you can select Express parcel service for $20.

What if I received a damaged item?
You will need to email hello@chesara.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order along with a photo of the item so we can review the damage.
